Grabio ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Grabio mobile application (Android and iOS) and the website at grabio.space. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information when you use our services.

• Order information: Items ordered, delivery details, and order history.

• Photos and camera: Used only when you choose to upload a product or profile photo. We do not access your camera in the background.
• Location data: For authorized sales representatives using Sales CRM features, we collect approximate location only when they log a field visit and grant location permission. Location is not collected continuously or in the background.

Location is optional and used only for Sales CRM visit logging by authorized representatives. Representatives can deny location permission and still use other app features. We do not use location for advertising or unrelated tracking.

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls such as Firebase security rules, to protect your information.

Grabio is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
